This winter’s snow has become underlined with the blackest black dirt in America, I think. We took Charlie and Rita (Charlies is blind) to the grocery store, because people shovel out their driveways daily, and pile the snow so it is out of their way. Which means the can’t go anywhere!’
At the end of each driveway are the high piles of snow the owners have gotten out of their way! Rita & Charlie were almost out of food this morning so our “manager” kindly said they could eat breakfast here, as long as they paid for it. His Round Robin works like the old Round Robin where you received a letter, added to it, and forwarded it on to someone else.
How are you? Clif has gone to bed so I will write a few notes. It continues to be cold, snowy and not much fun around here. We did hear a magnificent male singer tonight and heard his Oriental wife the other day. Both were good.
